Refund policy

14-Day Return Window
If you change your mind, let us know within 14 days of purchase and we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. After you have the RA:
• Items must be factory-sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• You cover the cost of shipping the goods back to us.
• A 18 % restocking fee applies to each returned item.
• Once we inspect and approve the merchandise, we’ll process your refund.
